Abstract
This document defines two related machine-readable JSON manifests for declaring client-side privacy behaviour on the web.
The Privacy Manifest is a site-level declaration. The Privacy Vendor Manifest is a vendor-level declaration. Together, they are intended to make privacy behaviour discoverable, attributable, testable, and interoperable.
